How Long do installs last ?

6-8 weeks with proper care. Maintenance is recommended every 2-3 weeks.
When should I get a maintenance ?

Every 2/3 weeks after installation, please keep in mind I will NOT do maintenance installation after a 3 week install.
How should I come to appointment ?

Hair Must Be Down detangled and No Twist or Braids
What is the MANDATORY consultation for Microlinks & Tape-ins?

In the consultation we go over if this is the best service for you, the consult consist of a shampoo & silk press, and we will go over what type of hair you desire (length and texture).
What type of lace should I purchase ?

HD or Swiss Lace is what I highly recommend FULL LACE No Silk Base must be bleach able
How long do Tape-ins last?

The Install last up to 12 weeks with proper care and in between maintenance.
How many packs of Tape-ins do I need for an install?

You will need 4 or more packs for a nice full head of tape-ins.
How many Bundles should I purchase ?

3 Bundles for traditional or 3 bundles with closure / frontal
How long do Micro link installs last?

Install last up to 12 weeks with proper care in between maintenance.
How many bundles do I need for Micro link Install?

ONLY one - two bundles will be needed for this service.
How long does it take for a custom wig order?

7-10 business days or less.
How long for it take a for a wig cleaning service?

3-5 business days or less.
Will we accept damaged wigs?

No we will not accept damage wigs, closures or frontals.
How long will an express wash take?

24-48 hours

Maintenances are only scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays
If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled.
Please do not bring in worn frontals or closures from previous stylist
I do not install "T" part wigs.
All frontals & closures must be full lace.

Policy for Wigs

BYOB (bring your own bundles) please bring in new frontals or closure for your wigs. I will not accept cut up bundles.
Wig Cleaner : Wigs can only be dropped off Mon-Wed
What does wig cleaner include? : Glue/tape removal, shampoo & deep condition, styling of choice + add ons
NO REFUNDS
Service must be paid in full at drop off
We are not responsible for any wigs left over 60 days
After 90 days your wig will be disregarded
We are not responsible for previous damage
All wigs must be 100% human hair
We will try our best to revive your wig/lace. Please help at home with great up keep
Closure or frontals can be changed on machine made wigs ONLY
ALL wigs will be checked for damage at drop off (knots, holes, tears, matting, shedding & tangling)
